The number of women who are undergoing mommy makeovers is rampantly escalating. They are either looking forward to restoring their post-pregnancy bodies or improving them. The numerous number of makeovers broadcasted on television shows are just an indication of the booming popularity of this surgical process.
Mothers today want to stay young and vibrant; rather they not only want to feel young but they want to look young as well and preserve their bodies. This trend is within the new generation- a part and parcel of it. This trend is reiterated in the statement given by Philip Haeck, the President of American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Mr. Haeck asserted that the last decade has seen a dramatic change in women’s attitude towards cosmetic surgery. They are ready to acknowledge this fact that they need a little extra help beyond the regular conventions of balanced diet and healthy exercise. In the light of this statement, the increasing popularity of mommy makeover among young moms doesn’t seem to be surprising at all.
